Fandomly is a platform where creators, campuses, communities, and brands launch their official merchandise and fan experiences. Each store on Fandomly represents an identity you can be part of — not just products you can buy.

Yes. Every store is created in collaboration with the creator, campus, club, or brand it represents, ensuring authenticity and quality across all merchandise.

Fandomly is built around participation, not just shopping. Many collections are limited-edition drops connected to creators, events, campuses, and communities — giving fans access to experiences, identity merchandise, and exclusive releases.

Orders & Payments

Browse your preferred store, select your product and size (if applicable), and proceed to checkout. Once payment is confirmed, your order is processed immediately.

We accept:

  • UPI
  • Credit cards
  • Debit cards
  • Net banking
  • Wallet payments (where available)

All transactions are secure and encrypted.

Cash on Delivery may be available depending on product type and delivery location. If eligible, the option will appear at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

Most orders are delivered within 5–10 working days.
Delivery timelines may vary for:

  • limited edition drops
  • pre-order items
  • campus merchandise
  • event collections
  • customized products

Estimated delivery timelines are shown on each product page.

International shipping is currently available only for select stores and collections. Availability is visible during checkout.
Global shipping expansion is underway.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to monitor delivery status in real time.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery if:

  • the item is damaged
  • the wrong product was delivered
  • the size received is incorrect

Limited-edition and personalized items may not be eligible for   return unless defective.

Please contact support within 48 hours of delivery and share: 

  • your order number
  • photos of the product
  • packaging images

Our team will arrange a replacement.

Limited Drops & Availability

Many Fandomly collections are released as exclusive drops and may not be restocked once sold out.
We recommend ordering early to avoid missing out.

You can:

  • join the waitlist (if enabled)
  • subscribe for restock alerts

Some drops may not return once sold out.

Order Changes & Support

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Please contact support immediately with your order number.

Yes — address changes are possible before dispatch. Contact support as soon as possible after ordering.

Each store reflects the identity of a creator, campus, club, or brand. Collections are designed specifically for their community and may not be available elsewhere.

Yes. Creator merchandise is launched in collaboration with the creator or their team.
